Interlibrary Loan

One way to borrow items we do not own is to request them through interlibrary loan (ILL).  You can log into our ILL service directly, or you can search the library for what you want, change the scope to "Libraries Worldwide", and then use the ILL request button.

Another way to borrow items from other libraries is go directly to them.  The NHCUC is a cooperative network of colleges and universities in New Hampshire. Plymouth State University is a member of this consortium, you may use your valid PSU ID to borrow library materials from the libraries at these institutions.

You may return borrowed materials to the proper library; or, if you wish, you may return them to Lamson Library, and we will return them for you. However, you are responsible for the material until it arrives at the home library.
