Hello Kathryn,

I apologize for the trouble you experienced yesterday evening.  One of our library services was not working properly, which prevented our patrons from accessing databases at exactly that time.  

However, last night's trouble would not explain any similar difficulty you had days before.  When you have a moment, can you please answer a few diagnostic questions that will allow me to help?  Which database(s) were you attempting to access?  What happened when you tried to access the database (did you get an error message or a blank screen, for example)?  What day and time did the problem occur?  Most importantly, are you able to access databases now?

I'm sorry for the difficulty you had, but thank you for working with us to solve these problems.
