This is Anne Jung-Mathews, one of the reference librarians.
You can search by the subject terms COURTESY and ETIQUETTE in our library catalog and there are a number of good sources. Any book and most journal articles would be considered peer reviewed. However, are you looking for something specific within the title....perhaps etiquitte online, or etiquette on the phone, or even customer service from the business point of view? That would help us narrow your search a bit more.
You may want to check out these articles from the Gale Virtual Reference library database. Here is the link:http://library.plymouth.edu/r/http://infotrac.galegroup.com/itweb/plysc_main?db=GVRL
Try this search using ADVANCED SEARCH: courtesy OR etiquette in DOCUMENT TITLE. Use the pull down menu to search by document title rather than a keyword search.
These articles might give you a better idea of topics to focus on. Let us know if you need more help in finding journal articles from Academic Search Premier.
