Hi Sherry,

You asked about Overdrive electronic access.  That is a service offered primarily by NH public libraries and, alas, not academic libraries.  It offers terrific full text electronic access to many ebook titles that can be downloaded to your tablet or reading device.  The only thing you need is a card from your local public library.   You did not mention what town you live in, but I do know that many users from Pease Plymout Library in Plymouth, download ebooks.
