The best database to use is ERIC which can be found in our list of DATABASES on the left hand side of the Library website.

The official SUBJECT or DESCRIPTOR in ERIC is no child lef behind act 2001.  Search this and change the pull down menu to search by SUBJECT.

However, this strategy produced better results.

"no child left behind" search as TITLE (type the search in quotes and use the pull down menu to search by TITLE)

AND

critique OR negative OR dispute* OR argument* (type in these terms as shown and search by KEYWORD or SELECT A FIELD)  This search produced 25 results.

Other databases you may wish to check are CQ Research, Opposing Viewpoints in Context, and Academic Search Premier.
