In addition to Academic Premier, there may be some other databases you would want to consider if you are looking specifically for newspapers.  We have:

New York Times 1980-present

ProQuest National Newspapers Premier

Newspaper Source

In addition, the ERIC database is the best place for information about education:


You might also want to think about focusing your search. Are you interested in a particular grade level? By leadership, do you mean administration? And if you can be more specific about what challenges you are considering, that will make your search more relevant.
